1 Stoic a Day is built to be private by design. We do not require an account, and we do not ask you for personal information to read the daily Stoic.

What we collect

• Local storage only. If you return on consecutive days, your browser stores visit dates on your own device to show a streak. This never leaves your device.
• Aggregate analytics (optional). If analytics are enabled, we collect anonymous, aggregate usage data (pages viewed, rough region) to understand the site. No personally identifying profiles are built.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may record routine request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability. These are not used to identify you.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled, ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

• Clear your browser data to remove the local streak record.
• Block cookies in your browser to limit advertising tracking.
